By accessing or using AStockSite ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform.

3. Services

AStockSite provides a platform for viewing market information, managing account-related features, and interacting with third-party brokerage functionality made available through integrated services.

4. No Financial Advice

AStockSite does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Any information provided through the Platform is for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions. Analytics, signals, AI outputs, and platform data do not constitute investment advice and do not guarantee accuracy, profitability, or execution quality.

5. Brokerage Integration

Trading and brokerage-related services may be provided through third-party partners, including Alpaca or other integrated providers. We are not responsible for broker execution, broker outages, market delays, rejected orders, failed settlements, or market losses.

6. Payments and Memberships

Certain features may require paid access, subscriptions, or membership fees. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or other third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable billing terms presented at checkout. See also the Subscription Terms.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems unlawfully, or use the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion, including where necessary to protect the Platform, comply with law, investigate abuse, or respond to security concerns.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AStockSite and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, trading losses, or business interruption.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Changes to the Platform or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AStockSite operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
